A caregiver agreement is a formal contract that states what care is to be provided and how much the caregiver will be compensated. This is a useful contract for a family or non-family caregiver.

A site that offers a free and easy way to create and update your will. FreeWill costs its users nothing, but it makes its money from the charitable institutions that pay a fee for using the FreeWill service to reach out to donors.

Justice in Aging and the National Center on Law and Elder Rights (NCLER)
Justice in Aging works for access to affordable health care and economic security for older adults with limited resources. NCLER provides free case consultation assistance for attorneys and professionals seeking more information to help older adults.  It also provides legal training curricula to lawyers and aging advocates.

The Pension Rights Center is the country’s only consumer organization dedicated solely to protecting and promoting the retirement security of American workers, retirees, and their families. It offers free information and legal assistance through pensionhelp.org

Rocket Lawyer
A site offering services designed to be easy to use and offer a simple way for people who needed help to connect with a lawyer. For a subscription fee of $40 a month, users can work through an array of personal and business legal documents on their own. If questions arise, a lawyer can provide answers online.

The Arc Center for Future Planning
For more than 65 years, The Arc has been supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families. It’s Center for Future Planning provides assistance to guide a person with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD) and their family to lead a good life as independently as possible.
